Dares only drop the weps from the rare loot goblin ogre or from lightning rounds, otherwise it's from the 7 coin packages or the keys, which have a very low drop chance for red borders. You can't get the dares weapons from the end chest, that only drops items from the weekly pool. They aren't going anywhere, mate.
