I think that 2-3 squads of cultists are actually essential. I'm tactical secondaries (which is typically agreed to be better than fixed) 3/4 secondaries require you to have a unit in a specific place on the board. It is important that you have some cultists to hold objectives and to move around the board to do those objectives when needed.Abomination armor has a -weakness- to fire.
